1-025 Recorded Webinar
Strategic and Annual Planning in ECE
Running time: Approx 75 minutes
Having a strong sense of direction and clear goals is key to creating momentum for professional learning and improvement. An effective set of strategic and annual plans not only identifies the important objectives you are working towards, but also outlines the steps that need to be taken in order to reach them.

However, the strategic/annual plans of many services are not the useful guiding documents they are intended to be.

This webinar will share strategies to identify big picture priorities for improvement and suggestions about how to format these in useful and manageable ways to create a usable annual plan.

It will also clarify the NELP and other compliance requirements with regards to strategic planning and situate the strategic planning process within the Te Ara Poutama framework.
